RL061558019CN to NL has been on Export customs Scan since 12-12-2014. It contains no batteries.

tracking says:

Any idea if there is a problem and when it will arrive?

if it is clothes, no need worry. if your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute or ask seller to extend the protection, otherwise keep waiting. the parcel should arrive before end of this month.
