http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RK479685787CN was returned from oversea. you can not get it anymore.

try to open a claim in paypal / ebay / whatever mode of payment you used

if you don't have an account with, say, paypal, you might be able to write to them and they can help you open a claim
