I ordered an Item on eBay and paid with PayPal.

Seller said he shipped it on 21/07/2015.

Still can't track it
Is this number fake?
What do to?

if http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows china post did not receive the parcel, it is fake number.
