So what does this mean ? It is stuck ?

the parcel is looping in Nanjing customs. normally this is a very bad news which means the parcel can not pass customs scan. you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

My tracking numbers are RI675637319CN and RM649437889CN, The last tracked place was in Shangai Pudong that too 17 days ago, pls help me find the parcel or when will it arrive?
