Hi, i wait since 17 days my product from china. My package has the following number : RK206110092CN. I can see only "Shanghai departure" since 12 days. More i have any informations with the society Fedex which handles packages to France ( there is a new number ?)

RK206110092CN left Shanghai on Nov 12. Normally it will keep traveling another 2 to 5 weeks before it arrives France. You can not see new status before it reach France.
