RK150116667CN seems to have problem in suzhou customs. You need open dispute and claim refund.

Hi again, this package is now stuck in airlines for 20 days. Any chances of receiving it at all? Thank you very much for your help.

it might be lost, but it more likely to be delayed. (http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows shipping time to Bulgaria might take up to 90 days).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection or open dispute first.
