My package since 2 weeks In Customs-Control warehouse. Have a problem? It is an eyeglasses.

2 weeks is common, if over 4 weeks , it should be problem.

the parcel will transit through many countries and airports on the trip from China to your country. You can not know the parcel is in which airport at this moment. Parcel status will ONLY be updated if it arrives at an airport with scanning service.
