My tracking number is RJ927128036CN and I was told by the company that sold it to me that the estimated delivery was between 9 and 20 days. It has been 44 and there has been no tracking update since 11th Dec where it says "Leaving airport going to next airport/seaport". The company won't contact me back regarding a refund and I really need my package soon. It was a birthday present for someone in December.

1. The tracking number for your parcel refer to China Post Register Air Mail. Parcel this type for UK can take between 6 to 40 days. Here is the reference:

2. Your parcel possibly got delayed because of the Holiday Season. Not does that mean you have to wait for ever for your parcel, the answer is no.

3. Can your parcel be lost or misplace, yes it can. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. In worst case scenario, open a dispute for non reception of your parcel.
