My product is travelling for over 10 days.

The current state is " Hanghzou departure" from 10 days !

It is a problem or is this normal?

it should be forwarding to Shanghai but not scanned by china post shanghai worker. I suggest you wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com, if it shows same result, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
