RJ501282669CN

It has been 20 days since my package left shanghai, it never took this long for me with china post, mostly 1-2 weeks. is my package lost? bc my dispute day is almost over. thank you very much.

2015-05-20 19:42:06.0 Yiwu city international eCommerce dept. received
2015-05-21 10:15:22.0 Yiwu city international eCommerce dept. customs scan
2015-05-21 13:03:37.0 leaving Yiwu city international eCommerce dept. ，next station Yiwu
2015-05-22 13:45:11.0 Hangzhou Transit Station security scan
2015-05-22 17:18:07.0 Hangzhou Transit Station customs scan
2015-05-22 23:41:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2015-05-22 23:51:30.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
2015-05-24 15:38:00.0 Shanghai departure

the parcel status is ok. status will freeze for 2 to 4 weeks after the parcel left china. no need worry.

you should ask seller extend protection or open dispute before protection expires.

normally if can not get the goods in 40 days, it has high risk to be lost.

china post does not know if it is lost or not. you should open dispute and ask seller to refund.
