Hello.

I really need help with finding my parcel. It has the following tracking-number RJ476026896CN. Last tracking information is from May 19th. Today's June 3rd! It says it is located in hanghzou. Can you please help me and tell me whats up with my parcel?

the parcel should have some problem in Hangzhou customs. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection or open dispute. Otherwise keep waiting. You can not know exact situation of the parcel at this moment.
