RI398463459CN tracking number product was shipped on 03/18/2015. Today, although dated 04.16.2015 day, the product still has not reached Turkey. Although it has been nearly a month, the product is still "was sent" as seen in the system. I would be glad if you give information on the subject.

you should open dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.
