http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel is looping in shanghai customs over 2 weeks. this is not a good news. Based on my experience, two reasons might cause such situation, A: SHANGHAI airport has no shipping space to your country, or B your parcel has something not allowed by airline for safety or other legal issue.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks and see if you can get the goods. If not, open dispute to seller.

Thanks, but 10 days consignment has not been detected anywhere. It is really ok? There is a chance that the shipment arrives December 22? How many days does the transport by ship from China to Europe?

1. Your parcel is going by Air, You might want to look at this:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. You would be very lucky if the parcel arrive before the 22 Dec.

3. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country. If nobody scan your parcel then there is no tracking but that does not mean that the parcel is not moving.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the Czech Post for any movement.

two months are already really long time. Vendor has returned me the money. But where is the package now, he doesn't know it. Do you think That the goods yet to come?
