1. If Germain Post did not scan your parcel sure they don't know about your parcel. Same thing if China Post did not electronically advise Germain Post that the parcel in coming with your tracking number they don't know.

2. If you worry to much for your parcel, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

3. Tracking of your parcel is fine and does not show anything unusual.

Hello - again,
no visible movement for RH339627995CN since 22 days !!
I am still patient and hopefull that the parcel will arrive - once a day.
What I know - the parcel should be very big and heavy.
The proposal to contact the seller does not help.
He is not answering the last 4 e-mails.
Either he "got lost" or he is a scammer or ??? - no more ideas.
Do you still think that the tracking of my parcel is still fine and is not unusual ?

1. I might repeat myself, but with all the tracking of different sites for your parcel, I can not find anything wrong with it. I'm almost sure the parcel arrive in Germany but has not got through the German Customs Office yet.

2. Maybe the scan of the parcel by Customs Officer show them something unusual and the parcel is going on a secondary inspection. Maybe they want to know how much to tax you for this import article. No more Ideas, that it.

Hello! Im also having the same problem as the other guy, there is this new Bulk User thingy which I don't understand at all. Here is my tracking number, # RH347416199CN . Please lend me a helping hand. Thank you!

3. Your parcel is fine it was trying to catch a flight out of China. But each time there was no room for the mail bag, that it nothing is wrong. You just need to be patient and wait till Singapore Post scan your parcel.

Could you please explain to me what that 大宗用户号 means (Google translate says Number of bulk users)

2. I don't know anything about the Bulk thing, I suspect it's a number that maybe seller have to verify their parcel with China Post.
