status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is normal, especially when parcel has left china.

No if you look at the tracking:

2015-07-02 17:15:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2015-07-02 17:20:59.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport
2015-07-08 09:33:14.0 Shanghai Transit Station 已出口开拆
2015-07-08 09:53:24.0 Shanghai Transit Station 已出口直封
2015-07-08 17:39:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2015-07-08 17:49:44.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

It has done the same thing, why?

A week since it left Shanghai Airport, China... Where is it? I have opened a dispute but seller not replied.
