Hello,

I'm coming to you to ask for help. I'm on a dispute with a seller from China who send me a package with China Post. I don't have any problem with the transfer and the treatment of the package, but the seller tried to give me another product, totally different from what i wanted. When i receive my package, i didn't know that it was from that seller, so i didn't keep the packaging, only the product itself. So now i have to proove that the product was not good, i have the picture of the product but i ask to you if i can have some informations of the package like weight, dimension, size...

The tracking number is RG243333536CN.

I really need you, french post said that is an international package so only you can help me

if you purchased from ebay or aliexpress, you can open dispute for item not as described. it is easy to get refund from seller.

Yes this is in aliexpress, but i don't have the packaging of the product, this is a small tiger balm, i didn't keep it because i didn't know that it was from that seller (i ordered shoes). I already opened a dispute and i have to give them evidences, the picture of the balm is enough.
