Hello,
here is what I don't understand, hopefully you can help me:

Status of RG213598089CN is "On route".
Last information I can see is from 24-Sep-2015 18:40 "Arrival Import customs" in FRANKFURT/M (which is in Germany).

But if I try to track it in Germany it states: "RG213598089CN has no delivery information in Germany!"

So my question is where is my shipment and where has it been for the past 34 days??

Germany post does not scan China post parcel, so you can not know China Post parcel delivery information in Germany. If you can not get the goods in 40 days, you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.
