Hello,

I have received my parcel, but found that I haven't ordered these items. On the parcel I can't find any information where it came from, and who sent this.

I have checked my mail, and all the sites I ordered from, but can't find anything...

Could You please tell me, who has sent me this parcel?
If You need a photo of the parcel I can post it here.

The name and address of the sender should be written on the label

It is written there, but I can't read chinese:-(

the parcel was shipped from Yanwen Beijing office. It does not mention the real sender's name and address from the label.

I understand your problem, but you can not know who sent it, only in that office was entrusted to send it, I advise you to contact the sender. You can know the information on shipping:

If received a package different from yours may be that they wrong during shipment and send you another, or that the sender send you a different thing. I advise that you contact the sender and reports you has come to an article other than that asked for it. I also advise you to put a claim on Paypal, if paid with this form of payment.
