track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , it will tell you the number is real or invalid.

Hi thanks. It say electronic data received 1st December but nothing else since then. Has it been shipped?

if the only result shows only "electronic data received", it means your seller simply applied a tracking number from china post with software, but never actually ship anything to you.

Wait one more week and track again. If still same result, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress which ever you made payment and claim refund for fraud shipment.
