Hello,

I can see that last information is "RF001446284CN 2014 Sent to airline Beijing Estonia 20141214 0709". Which should mean that it was already on plane on 14th december, but it is still not there. I have asked from domestic postal service, but they say that they don't have it yet at least. How do you explain this?

'sent to airline' does not necessarily mean the parcel has been on plane. It only means that airline company has received the goods. The 'sent to airline' status will stuck for long time until the parcel arrives an airport which has scanning service. This might take 2 to 8 weeks.

Now it's been there one month and my buyer's protection starts to end, should I open the dispute?

you can ask buyer to extend the protection, if he does not response, then open dispute.
