Hi! I have send a parcel from cyprus from february and it wasn't delivered. The tracking number is EC000541575CY. How do I get the parcel back?

EC000541575CY is not china post tracking number.

I know I've send it from Cyprus and it's been at China's post office from 28th of February and I want to find a way to get the parcel back since no one has picked it up

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows the parcel was delivered on Feb 28.
