Hi

Probably a question that has been asked before, but my parcel seems to repeat the same status twice :
2017-01-10 19:42:45.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2017-01-11 08:34:13.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2017-01-18 11:07:00.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2017-01-18 11:07:35.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

Parcel : RS357981649CN

is this normal?

1. The mail bag with your parcel inside is trying to get out of China on a flight but so far there was no room for the mail bag.

2. So it has to start all over again with Security and Customs check.

3. Just continue to track your parcel for any new movement.
