Post Repeating Tracking Status

Hi, my package with the number RI619735518CN was shipped on September 7. Everything went fine until September 12. From there nothing happened until September 24. On September 24, 25 and 26 the Tracking Status repeats. It's the same as the ones from September 12. What is happening to my package? Can somebody please explain it to me?

repeating status normally is a bad news. It means the parcel has customs inspection problem or can not catch shipping space.

We can not what is the exact problem. If you are a buyer of ebay/aliexpress, I will suggest you to open dispute for non-arrival order and let seller(shipper) solve the problem. If shipper can not solve the problem and deliver the goods to you, you will at least get refund.

Tracking#: RI631609022CN - to be sent to Czech Republic

Via the track-chinapost.com page I only see these 2 updates:
11-Sep-2015 21:00 Received by Post Office 518103
12-Sep-2015 13:28 Departure export customs SHENZHEN

However, eBay gives me a more detailed (though somewhat repetitve) output:

I understand there was a national holiday the previous week, but I'm more puzzled about the package listed ad Shenzhen, then Guangdong, then Shenzen again.
Is this a tracking glitch from eBay's side, or is the package going there and back again because of some issues? Should I inform the seller about this?

The 2 latest timestamps are "Guangzhou terminal, leaving the cross-Air" and "Shenzhen, departure" - can I assume that my package has left China?

it should have left china. normally the parcel status will freeze at its last location after the parcel left china because none will scan the parcel anymore outside china.
