Hello,

Been 3 weeks now, it still says sent to airline.. I've read the website and it says china post doesn't have any control over the package after it's sent.. I'm just wondering where can I check where my package is now? Which postal office will receive my package in The Netherlands?

you can not know where is the parcel after it was sent to airline. As Netherlands post doesn't share tracking information for foreign parcels, you can not even know which office it is heading to and when it arrives Netherlands.

So the best I can do is wait until it arrives? It's been 3 weeks now with the sent to airline thing, how much more would it take until arrival? I can't file a despute so that's not an option, is there any special activity in China (holidays/special days) etc which might slow my package?

your parcel was shipped from shanghai which is experiencing some delay since April. So you might need some patient and wait one or two more weeks.

I am experiencing the same problem as you. I am getting mad!
I am already getting troubles because of this unexpecting delay.
My tracking number RC634369975CN.

Hope we will get the parcel sooner.

do you remember how much time did it take to arrive to The Netherlands?

If it is sent to Holland with China Post Registered Air Mail, you could try this PostNL-website:

http://www.internationalparceltracking.com/#/search

Enter your China Post-tracking number in the 3S-code-box and your postcode in the postcode-box. If it is in The Netherlands, you will find it here and you can track it.

In my experience it's usual that packages from China arrive later than normal this time of year. Lots of people ordering gifts for holidays.
Normally it takes about two weeks for orders to arrive, but in this time of year four (or more) weeks is not unusual.

I've already tried to do that but the tracking number is not recognized. I am not sure about whether this is normal or not 😕
