Hello please i need your help the seller lied to me! Aliexpress says he has shipped the order but china post mail says the track number is invalid - what should i do? Please i need your help - now the status says goods awaiting receipts. My tracking number is RG026601974CN

On the site it's written good awaiting acceptance,while on this site it's written NULL
my tracknumber RJ241360454CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel arrived Milan on Nov 19 but hold on customs. not sure why Italy customs does not release the goods. you might need to contact Italy post and pickup the parcel

RC363758489HK was just shipped. the parcel might arrive after new year.

I bought something from Aliexpress on November 18th, the tracking code is RJ039791336CN, but the tracking site says: "No shipping record!". In Aliexpress it says that the seller has shipped my order and it's awaiting receipt. What should I do?

open dispute in aliexpress. aliexpress will refund you money.
