Post RB293136304SG - sent to wrong country?

I usually got parcels from Singapore Post within few days.

This parcel (RB293136304SG) seems to be lost or sent to wrong country (It has to be sent to Ukraine), because it's 26 days passed, but parcel has not being tracing in Ukraine yet.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped from Singapore to Ukraine. If your destination is not Ukraine, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
