Hi, the package with the tracking number in the subject is hold by the custom from 19/07, what I’ve to do to be delivered or returned to my adress? At least who I have to contact to have informations?

RA99199671IT does not have any record in China Post. It might be lost in customs. You need contact Italy Post for lost parcel investigation.

I can try to contact Ialy post office but if is lost in China how can they help me?

If you file investigation with Italy Post, Italy Post will contact China Post for delivery detail. Italy Post should have some basic insurance for each parcel. If finally Italy Post investigation prove that the parcel was lost in China, you will get some compensation.
