2. Please do understand that this is the busiest time of the year for all Post Office in the World, so mail could be slow.

3. If by next week the 12 Dec you have not receive your parcel, then open a dispute.

2. Your parcels are On Route/In Transit to UK. Now it's up to Royal Mail to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it. After send it to Customs for clearance.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any new movement. Please also take note that this time of year is the most busiest time, so mail is going to be slow.
