Hi guys! I need some help too, i ordered 3 parcels on the 26th of october. I live in the netherlands and i still havnt received any of my parcels.. also my tracking numbers dont really seem to work as my tracking information only had one available scan on all 3 parcels.

On the 29th of october my parcels received the following scan: Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan.

Thats the only thing thats available.. can someone help me provide more information about where my parcels are at the moment?

All the parcels i ordered via ebay, i really hope you can help me guys! Thanks!

1. All 3 parcels is what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China and has limited tracking. Can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver to you. Your National Post in your country will deliver those parcel just like a normal letter.

2. Now all 3 parcel are saying the same thing:
2016-10-29 07:49:25.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

3. The above could be this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

4. To find out for sure that all your parcel has pass the Export Security Scan, you need to contact seller. So he can call China Post to make sure that the parcel are OK and they pass the Export Security scan.

Been a long time since I ordered my package saying customs cleared for over a month now but nothing else can you let me know what's going on with it if it's real or fake tracking number RS194101065CN

1. Are you sure that the parcel was not deliver to you in Quebec City.

2. If not, then call Canada Post as soon as possible because your parcel has arrive in Québec Canada.

1. That is the only number for India Post:
Destination Country - India: +91 1800 11 2011

2. Or tell him to go to a India Post Office and ask them how to get back the parcel.

When he went yesterday, the manager said that the parcel was returned from Pune on 10th, November. Any reason for them to lie?
The manager also told him that it will be sent back to the destination and that once the system is updated he should ask for a re-fund. (Does it take this long for them to update information on the website?
Also, none of the phone numbers seem to work.
