1. Yes basically, it's the same in every country in the World. Some Customs Office are fast other are slower. It also depend of the parcel traffic that is coming in the country. Customs Officer in the World are protecting the country your into.

Can anyone help with my parcel the tracking number is LX949470021CN its a pair of shoes. Every time i track it there seems to be no change. it was shipped on may 28th 2016 according to the seller.
this is what i get when i track it:
2016-06-08 06:34 武汉市, 已离开国际营运中心，发往空袋
2016-06-08 00:52 武汉市, 离开武汉市 发往伦敦希思罗机场站点
2016-06-07 20:54 武汉市, 到达 国际营运中心 处理中心

1. No info is available yet for your parcel number: LX951742664CN.
The number is a valid tracking number.

2. If you just got the number you need to wait at least 2 to 5 days before the number will register into the China Post system. If after 10 days you don't see your tracking, it will be time to contact seller and make sure he did physically mailed the parcel.
