Hi! I ordered few things from different sellers on 2nd and 3rd of August. Where two sellers dispatched my items on 6th and 7th of August. One seller thought dispatched my item on 3rd of August. But when I track it online, yes, it shows up on tracking system that on 3.08.2014 item was received by China Post, but status haven't changed since then. While other two items from different sellers were sent later but status updated already to "export custom scan" and "sent to airline". How long usually items can remain on status "received by China Post" or "collection" before succesfully moving on. After how long time I should start to worry? Tracking nr for my item is RJ150326100CN. I will be happy if you can check for me! Thank you!

you no need worry too much. parcel of early August sometimes will change status in middle August. please be patient.

My shipment from aliexpress was sent on 2014-08-08 19:34:51 +0100 ,
Is it normal that I still cant track it ?
How long should it take to show up on the system ?

if your seller really shipped the goods, it should show up in tracking website within 48 hours.

Is it on the way to Saudi arabia or still on the airport?

Hi, My package is passed 2 times trough the security scan should i be worried about that?

if no battery in your item, no need worry. it should be returned to warehouse due to airline shortage. it will be sent to airline when space is available.
