Hello!

RC791762905CN- This is my tracking number for my order. On China post track and trace, it says that the package is in "export custom scan". It was suppose to arrive between 18-24 June.

if your seller promise that the goods can arrive by Jun 18 to 24, you can now claim refund. Postal parcel can not have accurate arrival time, he should not make such promise.

It was bought from Amazon. I don't mind the waiting, I really want my package- 2 bags. What could take so long at scanning 2 bags?

The package is in a Customs-Control warehouse for two moths now. Should I wait more, or ask for a refund?

RD060316625CN. Este numero de seguimiento es el que pone el vendedor en mi cuenta de Paypal.
Pone que lo envió el 21 de Junio.
Entro en el comprbador de Track y no aparece. No puedo contactar con el vendedor.
Por favor ayuda!!!

Please help me! :)

My tracking number is RC486539949CN and the customer support service from DX.com said that it was being shipped, but the status on all the tracking websites say "Departure from outward office of
exchange". Can somebody please tell me what is going on and when I will probably receive it? :):):)
