parcel was returned to shipper. you can open a dispute and claim refund.

Hello, Can you please help me with my tracking number?

The number is RC876500096CN

I have tried to track it but I don't know if it means what I think it means.
Do I read it correct that the package is now back in China??

RC876500096CN was returned to shipper in Wenzhou. you will NOT get the parcel. Open dispute and claim refund asap.

Hello,

when I track my package RC634153801CN, I see it is in the custom inspection.
What does that mean? Are they going to open the package or something?
there are no batteries in the package.

the parcel now is in Netherlands Customs. I think you will get the parcel very soon if there is no pirate copyright item.
