i have this tracking number RC820788558CN the seller normaly shipping the may 10 th but it's always has not received parcel

I am waiting for my parcel no: RC316636711CN
It is said to have been sent on May 12. It is now 12 days later and I am still waiting...

On the site it says "Goods Awaiting Acceptance" and/or "Awaiting Receipt" and in the details "collection".

Thank for your help i do it and seller tell me she send the 16th in may She confirm that she really send and she give me the phone number of her china post office to control it but i don't speak chiness 😕

She know already that i can control on tracking china post office website she give me all by mail when she supposed delivery

Hi, when i track this number t shows delivered but never reached Cyprus. The last tracking information is from 30of April somewhere in China. The seller doesnt want to refund my money cause of the status! Can you please advice?
