It says now 'duly voted'; and the status has been updated to 'delivered'. Does this mean it has actually been delivered or that it has been delivered to the package service within my country, which is DHL?
Since I just have the China Post trackingnumber and not the DHL one for the delivery within the country, I already contacted DHL and they have no knowledge of my package.
So I am unsure as to what this 'duly voted' and 'delivered' now means. Maybe it is actually still stuck at customs and just 'delivered' by China Post to the destination country?

Both parcels should have delivery problem. Since time has passed so long, I hope both parcels have not been returned or discarded(china post might discard the parcel if none pickup after free storage time). You can ask receiver go to China Post office in 天河区体育东路 and see if he can pickup the parcels.

I can not give accurate answer about the exact location of this parcel. You'd better ask receiver go to China Post office in 天河区体育东路 and see if he can find the parcel. If he can not find any of these two parcels, call china post hot line 11185 and see if they can find the parcel. If 11185 can not locate the parcel, normally it means the parcel has been discarded.
