Post pls help with parcel status

my parcel is stuck in Beijing from 19.12.2014 tracking number is :RJ241167310CN

first it was stuck about a month from 24.11 to 19.12 and now nothing happened for about a month again, please review is it sent to europe or it is stil in China

it should be delayed by rush season. if your protection deadline is coming, you have to open dispute now.
