Excuse me, may you say what's happening with my order ( track number RG096028793CN). Is it still in China, or is it traveling to Bulgaria? I need it till 25 December . And if it is still in China, when will you send it to Bulgaria? Thank you!

RG096028793CN status is ok. now is rush season, moving and status changing is slow. you should get the goods after new year holiday.
