they do this because many marketplaces such as aliexpress, ebay require shipment to be effected within 24 hours. But for different reasons, many seller can NOT ship the order within 24 hours, so they use those unshipped number to satisfy aliexpress and ebay.

If goods is ready after some days, they will ship the order with same tracking number which they have given to ebay and aliexpress. If the goods is never ready, then tracking number become fake number which will never be received by china post.

Parcel with English address might be delivered to China recipient, but not guaranteed. So if you have such parcel, you'd better to ask recipient call 11185 and pickup the parcel by himself.

the problem is that on system no update, you can as volunteer contact there costums to check what happen and is stuck? the receiver is far from beijing cant go there take it, if they send to his post he can go. RE317874978GR that is the truck no. please help me .thanks
