Can someone please help me find out where my parcel is? According to the seller he send it on 8 februari, but the status hasn't changed ever since. 😕 The tracking code is RB773848675CN.

RB773848675CN was just received by China Post on Feb 18 not Feb 8. Your seller did not ship the parcel when he gave you the tracking number.

Thnx for the quick reply. Does that mean the tracking code is fake? Because how can he give me the code on 8 february when he just send it today?

Anyone can buy blank tracking numbers from China Post. Some seller use non-shipped tracking number to update shipping status in Aliexpress,ebay,paypal.

they do this because many marketplaces such as aliexpress, ebay require shipment to be effected within 24 hours. But for different reasons, many seller can NOT ship the order within 24 hours, so they use those unshipped number to satisfy aliexpress and ebay.

If goods is ready after some days, they will ship the order with same tracking number which they have given to ebay and aliexpress. If the goods is never ready, then tracking number become fake number which will never be received by china post.

DEAR CHINA POST VOLUNTEER ,

I AM SENDER OF THIS PACKET RE317874978GR ITS SMALL PACKET ABOUT 1.4KG AND GOING TO SHENZHEN FROM GREECE ,THE SYSTEM CAN SHOW ME THAT ARRIVED IN BEIJING AT 6 FEB 2014 BUT STILL NOW IS THERE, CAN YOU TELL ME WHY AND WHAT SOLUTION HAVE IF HAVE ANY PROBLEM? did you printed recipient's Address in Chinese? If not, that is should be the problem.

Is RC375545968CN. A genuine tracking number

RC375545968CN is a real number. But it has some problem to pass security check in Shanghai. You'd better open dispute asap.

NO .. AND BEFORE PACKETS NEVER DID THAT AND ALL DELIVERED, YOU THINK IS THAT? IF THAT WHAT SOLUTION HAVE TO DO? PLEASE HELP ME ,THAT PACKET IS VERY IMPORTANT. THANKS YOU
