Hello please can you help track my iterm. The last time i checked it worked and it said it was leaving the airport but now it won't let me track it at all. Tracking number is R1768833117CN

I believe you typed wrong number. it should be RI768833117CN not R1768833117CN, normally the 2nd digit is alphabet not numeric.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RI768833117CN left china on Dec 8. You should get it by early Jan,2016
