Hi:) I'm from Poland and my English is basic but I hope that you can help me;)
I have a problem with package from HeavenGift.
My package stuck at the same status from long time. I don't know exactly how I could to explain this but it's the same status double time... you can see yourself:)
This is my Track Number - LF170831881CN

Please help me if you can :)

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php delayed in Shenzhen customs. Now is busy season, you should get it after New Year holiday.

I will go out to work from Poland at 17th January. Will I get this package before this date?

None can guarantee you can get it in specific deadline. However, based on my last year experience, you have good chance to get it before Jan 17.

Can you guys help me one more time?
It's a new status of my package but I don't understand why it is the same status (Sent to airline) again. Can you explain me what's that mean? :(

sent to airline normally is a good news which means airline might have some space to ship the goods. wait another one or two more week, it should arrive.
