I have been waiting for my package for a long time. Tracking number is LW117587472CN. Tracking says despatch from sorting center in shanghai on APril 14. USPS says it is still in china. Could you please help me. I don't know if I will ever get this package.

LW117587472CN should have arrived USPS import center. Since March 2017, USPS import processing becomes very slow. You can not see parcel location in USA until it is released from import center. This might take 4 to 8 weeks.
