Hi,

tracking for parcel CP323454294CN stopped a week ago.
I'm wondering if this is an air parcel or not ? Seller promised it was being sent by air.
If so, can someone help me with the details of the sending method ?
(Destination country is Belgium)

parcel number starting with CP and ending with CN normally called land/sea/air combined parcel(surface parcel). If most of the cases, it will go through train and ocean ship. The processing time is very very slow and arrival time might take up to half year.

Your parcel stuck in Tianjin over one week, it should be shipped by ship not air(if by air, it should be departure from Beijing). your seller gave you misleading information.
