Hi,

I was wondering if I could get more information here about a parcel I'm expecting from China. My tracking number is: RJ859479892CN.

It has been more than a month ago that I ordered the package and that the package was shipped. On the tracking websites it says: Hangzhou, shipment since the 6th of October and nothing after that. I also have looked here in the Estimated Arrival Time scheme and there it says to Norway is maximum 30 days, while my delivery is taking over 30 days now. So is there any information available about my parcel?

1. I have answer another person from Sweden and his parcel took like 7 weeks before arriving in Sweden.

2. Maybe the estimated arrival time for Sweden is not right, out dated. This report is based on big shipping data from Jan 01,2015 to May 31,2015.

3. After tracking your parcel I have the same information as you. You could if you want, advise the seller that you have not receive the parcel. Just make sure you still have buyers protection on the parcel, just in case you never receive the parcel.
