Hi. My parcel is in the same status for 19 days. Is this is normal or what happened to it ? Thank you !

Your parcel's status is normal, it's just that transit times to Bulgaria are very long -- usually 45 to 80 days. :(

Now that your parcel has left China, its status can't be updated until it reaches Bulgaria and the post office there scans it. Have faith -- shipping to Bulgaria seems reliable, just slow!

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?
