Hi, can you help me as my pacer is sent from Croatia (Europe) to China and it is stucked in Beijing at Office of excange since 16.12.2016.?
Tracking number: RB806211755HR

6.12.2016. 16:53:07 Croatia 21300 Makarska Receive item from customer (Otb)
7.12.2016. 14:06:40 Croatia 21300 Makarska Send item to domestic location (Otb)
7.12.2016. 16:19:35 Croatia 21200 Split KRT Receive item at location (Otb)
7.12.2016. 17:30:43 Croatia 21200 Split KRT Send item to domestic location (Otb)
9.12.2016. 8:45:14 Croatia ZAGREB 10003 Receive item at office of exchange (Otb)
9.12.2016. 8:46:41 Croatia ZAGREB 10003 Insert item into bag (Otb)
16.12.2016. 10:37:00 China BEIJING Receive item at office of exchange (Inb)

1. the last tracking I have for your parcel is this:
2016-12-19 12:15:22.0 express 局 import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. The parcel is transiting inside China right now.

3. The recipient of the parcel could call China Post Hot Line: 11185 to find out where exactly is the parcel.
