Hello,
My parcel RL154193148CN is stuck on Beijing departure and has not yet arrived since 02/12.
Can you tell me how long is it normal to be in this status?

it is normal. after the parcel left Beijing, it will keep travel another 3 to 5 weeks before arriving your country. you can not see news status during the time(none scan the parcel outside china).
