Hi there is no update since 2 weeks for my parcel: (apparently arrived in France)
Tracking number is RO099980819CN
Can you tell if that is stuck somewhere ?

1. I have no indication that your parcel arrive in France. I might be able to speculate that your parcel arrive in France and La Poste did not scan your parcel yet. No tracking is indicating that your parcel is in France.

2. Your parcel departed China:
2016-11-14 22:10:53.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

3. So since then your parcel is On Route /In Transit to your country. May I suggest you read this for France:

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the La Poste site for any new movement.
