Hello,

I'm a bit worried about my parcel being lost. It is stuck at Foshan City after customs clearance. It was last seen on the 18th of August. Should I wait any longer or open dispute?

Customs clearance was completed on the 18th so there should be no custom problems. It was send to "south china sea" but obviously it did not came there.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows RS785005889CN left china on Aug 18. Normally parcel status will not change when it is outside china. from china to germany will take 2 to 6 weeks, your parcel is still in normal time frame, no need open dispute at this moment.

Ah thank you. Aliexpress tracking service told me, the parcel is still in China.
