Hi, I would like to know, where is my package RS333786591CN. It's been shipped from China 12.12.2016. I am from Czech Republic. I've been waiting for super long time!!! It should be a Christmas present. Tracking app shows still the same.

parcel shipped during xmas time might take 2 months to arrive Europe. you should ask seller extend buyer protection or open dispute for refund.
